Bidrage med feedbackThey will only make someone at this place at the point where they do not even consider the details on online order for delivery. why ask, pay for additional portions of everything if they don't get it? reis was also cold. the workers just sit around and talk. I would say they go if they want to make their order right, but then again everything they see when they run in is airpods in their ears. the company must fire the brand management and the employees and start with new employees or switch off to retrain.
Idk, where you even start, but in the ground they have no sense of reason when it comes to food, in the ground they laid the aluminum foil for my burrito and they tipped it on both because so the side that my burrito would be touched on the table, but on the top of these multiples I saw them, lay recipes for dressing ontop of peoples food and burriot the only reason I come here is that the sales office, which is much better, closes at 7, which is far too early. just here, like an ast resort if salem is closed
This was the worst chipotle experience of my life. I haven't been to chipotle in a year because last time I got food poisoning. but I decided to try it again today. bad decision. I mobile ordered at 515, got to the store for pickup at 530, but didnt recieve my food untill 605. the employees could have cared less that there were 7 other people waiting. the store was filthy. when I arrived home to finally eat, I realized my order was COMPLETELY wrong and I had stale chips. i attached a picture of my order, look at it and TELL ME if that looks like something u would order. never will be getting chipotle again.
I placed an app order tonight for pickup, nothing complicated just a burrito, bowl and chips and queso. When I got to my car I checked the bag and realized I was missing the chips. i went back inside and was told that I didn 't have chips because they are out of chips . I then responded that no one advised me of that and was told when you opened the bag and came back in I told you. There was no attempt to make it right or offer a refund or substitution. Just attitude. The place was staffed by at least seven people, none of which appeared to be working. Avoid this store they don 't deserve your money!
Would give 0 stars. Every time you order online they forget something. Employees are bulls**t and waste your time. Customer service is atrocious.
