Very bad experience, there were cockroaches in the room and when we asked them to show another room they didn't... We already paid so we stayed, There was no TV connection and landline was also not working, when asked they said we will resolve the issue but no-one turned up........ There were no proper curtains in the room and again complaint was not solved, also they served breakfast at 11. Plz don't book your stay here, hilarious experience. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Food is good and service also but they overcharge for everything cold drink water bottle etc. Quilt and pillow not very clean. TV not working, AC no remote available just preset at temperature. Rooms: 3 Service: 4 Location: 4

Absolutely horrendous experience.. pathetic third class food and service.. the staff is rude and crafty.. we were served stale food.. we ordered wheat tandoori roties which they confirmed they had.. and then we were given chapaties.. according to them both are the same thing.. in the end tired of the experience we cancelled the jeera rice as the paneer they served was stale.. apparently you cannot cancel the order even if you can 't eat it.. please stay away from this place.. I don 't want to give even one star.. Edit: I am adding this to reply to your snarky reply to my review. We had complained about the chapaties when it was served not while paying the bill. But since it was clear that you lot have no idea what a tandoori roti and a chapati is we decided to let it be.. offcourse it 's okay to serve stale food the 4th time.. right?? Guess why we had to order again?? Hint it 's nothing to do with the quality or tasty of your food!! yes we cancelled the jeera rice not when it came to the table but the moment we were done with your antics.. You think just because you wrote a sarcastic thank you for your review you could wash off the fact that your service and food is a nightmare?? Why did you forget to mention that we paid for the jeera rice and still refused to take with us?? Please don 't think you smarted your customer out because you could blatantly lie without any shame.. if you spend half the time you spend on defending yourself online and work on actually fixing the quality of your food and service you might be able to get better reviews.. like I said to your face these tricks will not take your business far. Never suggested anyone for this place, recently i visited there and my experience is very bad. Room smells very bad and condition is also poor. pillow cover bedsheet, bed cover is not clean phone is not in working condition. If you want to order or want a room service, then you have to go to the reception by own. Behaviour of manager is very rude. taste of food is very bad. no one is opening the door if you want to check out early in the morning, all staff is sleeping and not responding to open the door on time. Even when we tried multiple times to the manager then also he’s not responding Even i have already informed at the reception one day prior that i will checkout early.
