Vincent's - Metairie

Not worth the wait. As an Italian American who grew on homemade Italian food, Vincent’s Italian Cuisine was average at best and not worth the 45 minute wait we spent in a small crowded foyer. This place is small and the tables are too close together. The service was mediocre but it was nice to be greeted by the owner and host upon entering, however departing was less pleasant as staff and customers were smoking right outside the front door.

Tried booking a work event here in their private room. Was told to call back 4 different times. Every time I called back I was told to call again later or tomorrow to speak with Jordan. No one ever asked for my name and number to give me a call. Very unprofessional when you're trying to book an event and you keep getting put off. The food was excellent, Service was very good. Parking Is not good. It is a small place so it is kind of loud. But again the food was excellent!

Tonight we celebrated my sister in laws birthday. Wife, BIL, SIL and I chose Vincent’s for a nice evening of food and drink. It was my first time and I can definitely say it won’t be my last. I personally had the Lamb Chops which tasted like candy, my wife had the Redfish, BIL had the ribeye and SIL had pasta. It was all very good from the service to the flavors. We visited Vincent's tonight, and it did not disappoint. This was our second visit ever. The food was great, the service better and just an all-around great experience.
