Uchi Sushi Hibachi - Metairie

The restaurant was really dirty, clutter on the bar, etc. and it smelled like rotten eggs. Looked like the restaurant hadn't been cleaned right in a long time. I had to leave, if the dining room looks like that, what's the kitchen look like??

Very friendly and clean environment. Food was also very delicious. 5 stars

Really liked the sushi, especially the spicy cajun and louisiana rolls.

It was busy but staff was a little curt. Tempura veggies were great but the chicken teriyaki was not cooked all the way and we had to throw it out.
