Bidrage med feedbackAfter 2 solid years of loyalty to this questionably decent location, today was my last visit. I can 't deal with the language barrier (Indian Hindi) or the rudeness, or the level of greed these owners portray. They screwed up my order today as they often do, but when I asked them to remake what I actually ordered, the guy at the register said too late, we already made it that 'll be 8 dollars . I reminded them that it 's not what I ordered, and he responded well be sure to order it again tomorrow, that 'll be $8 . Two years of almost daily loyalty, and I 've never as much as gotten an extra cookie, let alone them making good on a very easy order of today 's special please . I will happily drive an extra mile to find another Subway than give this place my business anymore. Horrible customer service and no understanding of what it means to do the right thing. This is not a busy location, and I can see why.
I usually come to this location on my lunch break, and this is why I keep returning. The service is excellent, the employees are professional, and even when they are packed with customers they completed orders as quick as possible. The attitudes are friendly and welcoming, and the place is very clean. Even before the pandemic started, they always kept the place clean. I definitely recommend this location. :
I'm so happy that I decided to leave the first Subway I was at to come to this one. I was greeted by the guy behind the counter as soon as I walked in. He was very pleasant. I ordered the 6 tuna on wheat. The food was so fresh and delicious that I went back 3 days in a row. Thanks for the great customer service and delicious food.
The food is excellent, always fresh. And the restaurant is always super clean. In fact, they are sanitizing tables as I am typing this. But most impressive is the service. The staff is so friendly; they treat everyone as if they are family. I have become a repeat customer because of the food, the cleanliness, and because I am treated as if I am the most important person in the world.
Best subway ever! Employees are very accommodating to the needs of their customers. 10/10!
