Rock-n-sake Sushi - Metairie

The reason For one star because I cannot but zero star one of the worst sushi I’ve had in my lifetime and I eat in a lot of sushi places, Trash it’s a compliment for rock and sake it’s below trash it’s hard to believe they stay in business.

My most preferred sushi place in New Orleans and Metairie.

I love the food, but the quality of some of your rolls change depending on who makes them. Sometimes they are perfectly rolled and put together. Then sometimes the look and taste like the person was rushing and not worried about the quality of their work. I still eat at the restaurant but have cut back on the 2—3 times a week I use to eat in or get takeout. I know the pandemic has hurt the labor market. Sushi was good. But definitely not good enough to charge what they charge, and the portion size isn't worth the money either.
