Riccobono's Peppermill - Metairie

The service at this restaurant is excellent and efficient. The daily lunch specials are reasonably priced and the food is delicious. The only disappointment was the restroom, which was small and dirty with paper towels all over the floor. It was not accessible for handicapped individuals and needs to be updated as soon as possible. Despite this, the overall dining experience was great with fast and efficient service. Make sure to visit this unique dining establishment. 4 stars.

The staff at this restaurant were friendly and provided good service. We were seated promptly, our drinks were served correctly and were delicious. However, we encountered an issue with the food. The calamari we ordered had freezer burn, which was disappointing, but not unexpected given the low price. I don't want to be too harsh, but even Gordon Ramsey would have been upset. Food is only enjoyable when it's fresh, so I hope the restaurant can improve quickly.

Service was lacking seemed very short staffed, appetizers came out quickly and then nothing for about minutes. Drinks were not filled, and we had to ask for dishes to be cleared off the table

Waitress never asked to split check or all on one when seating couples, then when asked to split the checks at the end she laughed

Fantastic first experience! Definitely going back and want to try the breakfast
