Bidrage med feedbackThe food was mediocre. The chicken portions were so small that you could pick them up with toothpicks. However, the most frustrating part was the way they handled refunds. They would ring up the sale at the register but only give back some of the change. When customers inquired about their missing change, the staff would act confused for a few seconds before finally returning the rest of the hard-earned money.
I ordered the Mongolian and sesame chicken, and it was really disappointing. The rice was even worse. The Mr. Pibb was flat as well. I can't believe I paid $10 for this meal. I'm going to throw it away and find another place to eat. I definitely wouldn't recommend this restaurant; even dog food seems like a better option. It’s impressive to get a rating of 2.2 stars—you really have to be terrible to achieve that, and this place truly is. I should have checked the reviews before trying it.
The food is good, but I have some issues with their customer service. They seem to rush through orders instead of really listening to what you want, especially during the lunch rush at noon. I also find it disappointing that the portions don't match what you expect; you often get more rice than meat. They seem to monitor the amount you receive, and if you ask for extra, they charge you for three items instead of just two. If they’re going to count everything that goes on your plate, what’s the point of dining out? Other than that, I have no complaints about the food—it deserves a five-star rating, but the service is only worth a two.
