Bidrage med feedbackHad a great Po Boy for lunch. I got the half po boy along with a side of fries.
We stopped for po boys and I'm so glad we did. Marks shrimp Po boy has more shrimp than any other poboy he's ever had. In fact he couldn't finish it which is shocking. The gumbo side was just ok. My veal sandwich was delicious but the kept messing up my side order. I ordered green beans which took 3 tries to get to me. But it was a heaping pile when it finally came so I was happy. Would def try some of their others.
I love the toast beef poboy, it's a ten napkin sandwich
Returning to Parran's Po-Boys after several years, I was reminded of why this place has remained a local favorite. From the classic roast beef to the shrimp and oyster po-boys, each sandwich is packed with flavor and dressed in true Louisiana style. The bread, crispy on the outside and soft inside, perfectly complements the well-seasoned fillings. Beyond po-boys, their jambalaya and gumbo also stand out, each offering a comforting taste of traditional Creole cooking. With a few visits already under my belt this month, Parran's consistently delivers both quality and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a must-visit for anyone craving authentic New Orleans fare.
