Nola Out Of Bounds - Metairie

Food was good, nice atmosphere. I ordered a burger and I was not disappointed! Quesadillas were also good.

I hyped this place up so much in my head. I love debris fries. The fries themselves were really good. The beef and gravy, not so much. Overpriced for what it was. The cokes we ordered tasted really off so we got water, which also tasted off. I ended up just ordering a beer. I won't say I was so disappointed that I will never go back, but it wasn't as good as I had hoped. The debris fries, anyway. The burgers might be amazing. The bartender was sweet and the music was good. (I put money in the machine lol)

Visited on a Saturday night between 9:30 and midnight to catch the Pelicans/Lakers game. There were a fair amount of people when we arrived and it only got busier. It Looked like a lot of regulars who knew each other. The bar and sitting area looked clean, although I did not go into the bathroom. There were at least 2 people working behind the bar with no one serving the patrons sitting at the tables and booths. If you wanted anything, you had to walk up to the bar which seems like a waisted opportunity to increase bar tabs. My son and I sat there for 30 to 45 minutes watching the game and I'm sure we could have sat there the whole game then got up and left without spending a dime. We did get up however and order a beer and some Gator balls. The beer was ice cold and although there were only 4 balls in the order (not mentioned on the menu) they were tasty. I will go back, but I think the customer attentiveness could definitely be a lot better.

Walked in, no business present, took our set at a sticky table with dirty floors, and bartender never agnostic us with 2 people in the restaurant, after sitting for 10 minutes.

Full of douches and the servers are full of themselves: bad vibes here overall. Not a welcome environment!
