Moe's Southwest Grill - Metairie

No matter when I go there or what I eat it is always delicious I love that I can get either my burrito or my nachos or my specialty Bowl created just how I want it I love that they have specials on different days and there is an app that you can use

Arrived twenty minutes prior to closure time, and doors were locked. I love Moe's but this was disappointing.

Popped in while I was working in the area today and really enjoyed it. Good food and the staff was great.

I went to this restaurant for lunch with a friend, and I was really disappointed. We were the only customers being helped, and while the server was taking our order, she was having a conversation with her coworker. Because of this, I had to repeat my order multiple times, which was really frustrating. When we reached the cash register, she informed me that all her well drinks were flat, so we decided to get bottled drinks instead. However, she charged me for one bottle and one fountain drink but gave me the wrong bottled drink. When we finally sat down at our table, the nacho chips served with our order were stale—so much so that they almost broke a tooth! Everything else was cold, and the overall experience was unpleasant. The customer service was lacking as well. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I went to this restaurant for lunch today and was quite disappointed with what I encountered. The place was not clean at all; the counters looked filthy as if they hadn't been wiped down in weeks. On a positive note, the staff was fantastic and very friendly. They all had great personalities and provided excellent customer service. However, the restaurant definitely needs a thorough deep cleaning.
