Mcdonald's - Metairie

It is amazing how consistently bad this particular McDonald's is the last years. Every few months I give him another shot as it is the next, but they confuse my order or offer every time I visit a terrible experience. It doesn't matter when I go in, by driving through or ordering delivery; the experience is bad.

My Quater pounder was not hot, warm, but it was cold. And half my nuggets were cold, and my Happy Meal did not have my apple juice. Not Happy.

This is the worst place on earth. Rude people, poor service and God forbid they ever get your order right. It's always wrong. And the price posted on the signage is incorrect. You will pay twice the amount of what the signage says. I have reported this place on 3 different occasions and nothing has changed. I will never go to this place and I tell everyone I know to stay away. You are better off getting a microwave dinner than dealing with this drama.

After going in we had to wait quite a while for our order to be taken. Perhaps because of Covid the staffs efforts were focused on the drive thru. However, when our order was finally taken, in addition to the wait time to get it the food was fresh. I should mention to check your food before heading out. When I'd got home it looks like we were issued extra onion and pickle, as opposed to the removal of them as requested.

Drove through and placed order for 2 two cheeseburger meals and 1 Happy Meal. Started to eat at home and found beef patties missing from 2 of the 4 burgers.
