Mama Thai - Metairie

I’m fortunate to live near this restaurant, which has become one of my absolute favorites. The food is always delicious and packed with flavor. In the two years I’ve been here, I’ve eaten here at least a dozen times, and it has never let me down. The owner is often present, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend the Phat Woot Sen (glass noodles with chicken, shrimp, and vegetables), the red curry, and the spring rolls, but honestly, everything on the menu is fantastic!

I wish I had taken some pictures! We started with the shrimp toast, which was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the fried calamari appetizer served with sweet chili sauce—very tasty. The red curry with scallops and shrimp was amazing, and the Pad Woon Sen was fantastic as well. It had chicken and shrimp, topped with a fried egg that made the yolk ooze into the noodles—so scrumptious! We will definitely be going back!

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I was impressed by the excellent service. The manager even took orders and brought out food, which added to the engaging atmosphere! The chicken and shrimp fried rice was delicious—perfectly moist with generous portions and large pieces. Don’t forget to ask for the Chicken Satay; it’s a must-try!

The food here is absolutely fantastic, and the service is outstanding. This is my favorite spot for comfort food. I'll always have a special place in my heart for Mama Thai!

The food and service were exceptional. Parking was a bit tricky, but it was definitely worth it... I absolutely loved it!
