Big Deal Burger - Metairie

This place is apparently a ?concept? in the way that they sell certain items (burgers) through online delivery only, in addition to their main restaurant business, which is barbecue. Based upon my last experience with Big Deal Burger, their ?concept? has a LOT of room for improvement. After waiting over an hour for a very simple order, I receive word from my Dasher delivery driver that ?The restaurant forgot to light the grill pit and that it would be ready in 10 minutes?. To our dismay, neither of those things happened. Shorty after, Big Deal Burger then cancelled my order I am certain that their food offering may look good, and it may very well taste good as well. However, I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone because this establishment wasted the time of my Dash driver (who went above and beyond to keep me updated the order status, and in turn missing out on other delivery pings in the area) and wasted my time as well.

This place is horrible we order from them on 4/6 thru postmate and they got our order completely wrong. my co-worker order the impossible burger and i order a regular burger with cheese everything i ordered on my burger was on her and vise verse. i called the location and Alan the young man who answered the phone was very nice and try to solve the problem but when he called the GM Sherry and try to explain to her what happened all she told him was read the order back to her the both have bacon on the them. first of all that is not even the problem lady so he tried to explain again and she said well that's not our fault i need to call postmate well i didn't know that the delivery people are the ones who make the food that they are picking. We will never be ordering from them again and if i could have given them a review with no stars i would.

My review got taken down by the restaurant probably because I spent a little over 24 hours in the ER with E. coli and a staff infection from the burger that I received from this restaurant I?ve made several attempts to contact the restaurant and I?ve only talking to extremely sixth grade education at best managers. This business has been reported to the department of agriculture and the USDA. Not by me but by the doctors that took great care of me at Ochsner.

I ordered food from these clowns via UberEATS and my driver called to tell me they had nothing ready after an hour. I spoke about my experience with my friends and they said Big Deal Burger is a ghost restaurant for Dickeys and the location should be closed down as it has non-stop problems.

The burger pictured was supposed to be a grilled cheese burger with grilled cheese instead of buns. Instead we got a gross, overcooked burger with two cold grilled cheese sandwiches on the top and bottom. The Cajun fries were cold, overcooked, and covered in dry Cajun seasoning. The other two burgers didn?t have any of the toppings that we asked for, and the meat itself seemed like the patties you get at a school cafeteria. We will never order from this place again.
