The focaccia of La Rocca is a heritage of humanity. It's very good, inimitable and unreachable. Unfortunately the tastes of the new generations have changed and to have it with the anchovies where it should be (i.e. on the dough) it is necessary to order it, otherwise it is put on, at an extemporaneous request. And don't make the very serious and unforgivable mistake of bringing it home unless it's necessary. Eat there, give the best of yourself. Thank you, Adriana. Bring forward with stubbornness a unique tradition that cannot be lost.
