Sonic Drive-in - Mesquite

I had problems at this Sonic, but Chris Hale took real good care me. He took care of my order quickly.

Josue was the best and friendliest employee I’ve met in a very long time. I will continue to come back just because of the service he provided tonight! Thank you so much Josue!

First, I want to give the gentleman working a 5 star review. He is working alone. Taking orders, cooking, bringing out to vehicles, and taking payments. Remarkable! The reason I am giving a 3 star review is because he is working alone with currently 11 cars in the lot waiting on food. Not his fault. Step it up management.

Chris the Manager trainee in Mesquite was amazing! We had a problem with our order and he personally came out to apologize and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!!! Excellent customer service!

Came to do a DoorDash order and they took 20 minutes to even answer the speaker after I went to a second one. Then just for them to tell me they didn’t have the order. The owner and general manager should be ashamed they allow such an establishment to run. Not that it’ll be running for a long time with this current setup.
