Joe's Crab Shack Mesquite

They were understaffed, and choose to send 7 people to sing happy birthday while we waited for silverware to begin to eat our dinner which had been served.

Food is underwhelming and basic. Service was very slow, seemed like they were understaffed.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. The food was great,the host was nice, the restaurant was clean,and the people was really respectful to everyone and they even stayed within the covid guidelines.We look forward to many more nights out here at Joe's crabshack when we are feeling us some seafood.

The food was great as always. But the forgot to sing Happy Birthday to my kiddos and almost forgot one of the desserts we ordered. Was not very happy about that.

For one thing, you cannot reserve a table through OpenTable. If you try, you will be disappointed when you arrive with no reservations. The prices keep going up. For a party of 5, it cost $162.00 plus tip without alcoholic drinks. The food and service was good. The only main issue I had was a man and his kids and he just let them scream and be loud without stopping them. Very annoying and the manager did nothing either.
