The customer service here is excellent, and the food is delicious. The atmosphere is beautiful, cozy, and clean. I highly recommend this location at Town East Mall.

I visited the restaurant on a Friday night at 7:00, and it was surprisingly empty—I'm not sure why. The service was quite poor and extremely slow. The food was decent overall, but the chicken pot stickers were disappointing.
