Theta Cuisine Gluten Free

Finally a restaurant that can provide real option for the health conscious diner and impressive enough to win over the not so health conscious too! Wonderful service, warm and knowledgeable staff, very clean, a varied menu, flavourful food, delicate teas and satisfying smoothies. No such thing as the plain boring dishes the Gluten Dairy free often get stuck with. The desserts were the highlight of the Theta experience for me... The Lemon Lavender vegan cheesecake was so perfectly balanced...sweet and refreshing, light and indulgent! The Chocolate Orange one is another provocative luxury. Considering the quality of produce and health aspect it is also fairly priced. A well deserving place!

Eating the food and the dessert it occured to me that the fact that it is gluten and lactose free is not the focal point. The taste and the way I felt savouring the food was the point. I swear I felt the wholesome goodness all the way to my soul. It's been a long time since a restaurant's food had this impact on me. BRAVO!!!!

Went last week for the first time. Never been to a vegan restaurant. Am a devoted steak and beer/wine person learnt something new. Completely enthralled by the variety of selection and then the exquisite taste. Spicy pasta dish, not so simple salad was probably one of the best ever, tahini with a carob dressing dip, and ' cheesecake ' all good fresh food. The beer, well up there near the top. The place is so beautiful and the staff is very friendly! I liked the designed and loved the food! Everything is so healthy. After a quick chat with the owner, i was shocked of how knowledgeable she was about healthy eating and the amount of research she has done in order to bring that health jewel in Cyprus.

Not only is the food amazing, but the staff really makes the difference: so friendly and caring. Don't hesitate to make a special request. The Theta team is happy to fulfill your culinary wishes. This little gem serves gluten free and multiple vegan options try the vegan cheese!!! If you don't visit Theta while you are in Cyprus, you are truly missing out! Highly recommended!
