Bidrage med feedbackExcellent reception Small care staff Listen, benevolence Beautiful home, spacious installation, choice of activities... quiet Nice buffet pdj, breakfast and dinner Variety choice...Beautiful cheese plate A single flat...dessert disappointing, miserable choice, fruit of poor quality, really ultra bof But a great experience in general Too bad that there is no coffee maker in the rooms.. because even if the spirit castle shape is so made...so at minima...for the raised early... it could allow to avoid a 2-storey a/r lower while leaving the bed... Warning... ultra dangerous tiles in the shower... ice rink type... unthinkable to leave this so as
Superb, park for strolling, relaxing... overlooking a very nice castle...
Ideal for all your seminars. This place does not receive public for personal stays. Only business
I could not have ever been more dissapointed than here ever ! in France! Not being biased and yes, we all know French are very country proud but the lack of any simple English speaking is totally overrated! I have been very arrogantly greeted at the registration from a rather unfriendly moody Receptionist who made it quite clear she doesnt enjoy her job. The rooms look good but that 's about it. The highlight is food, hahaha! At 6:30 pm which seems to me a perfect dinner time, nobody was 1. at the restaurant 2. at the bar ... Im talking about staff not guests! After 20min,food came which was totally untasty and well overpriced for bar food . Soup at 8€,Butternut soup far too sweet, might as well drink honey. And the so called Mezze take a look at the picture.Priced at 12€ !!! If it was good,I wouldnt mind even paying more but 3 shot glasses with some breadspreads,3 slices of dry dry Ryvita crackers and a tiny bowl of mixed leaves that came from a bag certainly does not justify 12€! What a dissapointment, especially after checking their website :
Had lunch there today as we had to be at the castle. Gazpacho very good and served in an original manner. Shrimp starter also nice with their crinchy minscule cubes of vegetable but two shrimp is perhaps on the 'minimal ' or stingy side. Steamed seabass fillet tasty and not too cooked; with a lemongrassy ? sauce. Filet of piglet lovely with grilled red peppers; puree was on the cold side though. Deserts here are all very good as they are kept relatively light; just that little bit more 'air ' then creamy heaviness and none are too sweet which is nice. The ice-cream of something Dulce de leche-like was also delicious. Service is attentive/professional and very friendly. Downsides: There were a massive amount of fallen leaves all over the site and on the terrace; that needs to be swept and 'kept up ' a bit better. The reception telling us the restaurant was full; which it was not. Not really expensive; but still spent over EUR100 with only two glasses of wine....and Mery sur Oise is of course not Paris.
