Mcdonald's - Merthyr Tydfil

No problems at all, usual McD fayre and service, friendly staff and easy to find somewhere to sit and eat. Car park is large enough for the eateries on site.

Waited at screen three people used next screen so ended up moving to next screen only to have mouthful wasn't their fault that screen isn't being used, had to join a que for food where five more infront were queuing as well.....park in car park...was the mouthful off the employee, eventually squeezed through to spend another 20 minutes watching the same employee walk around with bags of food not knowing who's it was people even going in asking where food was. Not first time and doubt last. When is burger King going open better food and better customer service.

Challenged an incorrect order and incorrect price at both windows, and when our food eventually arrived I challenged the problem with my order, got a manager out to the car park who couldn't be bothered, got home called the merthyr restaurant where Chris took my...call, we worked out that I had been overcharged, after emailing him my receipt he informed me that I had two attempts to correct this! Staff couldn't be bothered, manager couldn't be bothered, terrible service, fast food!!! What a joke you are up there!

Visited Monday evening it was not overly busy but service was so slow. After eventually taking our order we waited 15mins for two Happy meals and a Big Mac meal. Fifteen minutes and was served a very cold Big Mac. It had probably been standing...for 15 minutes. Terrible service, slow and cold food. Not good.
