Long time Mr.G order, just want to say new chicken cordon blue bites are evil good guy!

I have ordered from Mr. G’s far more then I’d care to admit and have been satisfied every time until tonight. I called in an order for a chicken finger dinner, a sub and mozzarella sticks. When the order arrives I realize it’s missing the sub. Annoying? Yes but not the end of the world, mistakes happen. When I call to let them know it was missing, instead of trying to fix it I was told I was wrong and I didn’t order the sub. Apparently my plans for tonight were to sit at the dinner table and watch my wife eat. Mistakes are understandable and happen for any business but the terrible, rude customer service was unappreciated and unacceptable.
