What I really liked was that they finally have something that is gluten-free! Something comes up next to a salad. And their vegetarian option and combos are amazing! I always liked her food coming, but when I had to leave gluten, I was really sad because I couldn't eat the sandwiches anymore. Your gluten-free bread is quite ingenious tasting.

This location is top notch to kindness and helpfulness. The website is another story. I had a gift card for Firehouse Subs, and I went to order their website. I spent my time building the subs I wanted to buy. When I had to pay at the end, there was no way to pay with my gift card. This lack of their website was not made clear before I came to the conclusion. If it was mentioned at some point earlier, it was not prominent enough to notice. So I printed my order and drove my gift card to this place. The cashiers read my order and entered it into their system. The sum came out to be higher than online, so I had to run to my car for more change. The food was delicious. Website:? (because you can't use the gift card and they didn't make it clear before you was wasting my time. In-Store Service:??????

Just got my free medium birthday sub from this Firehouse Subs and it is perfect. I got the turkey, bacon and ranch sandwich and it is so delicious. The people who work there are very nice also.

Employees were friendly and the service was fast. I love the Italian sub.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Let me start off saying food is over priced. I ordered a small sub and a small Mac and cheese. Over 10 dollars for a 4 in sub maybe...... Then I ate started eating my food, then I find a long black hair in my mouth, it's connected to my sub.... Gross. I went to complain and they did offer to make me a new one. No I got a refund. They wanted me to be hush hush about finding a hair in my sub ..... Nope.... Every worker at this place didn't seem to care.... Also seen some worker guy wipe his nose then put on gloves..... What happened to washing hands....... Lots of other places to eat in the area.....
