Good selection great value for the money delicious food. Our server could only have made us aware of a complaint.

El salino is our way to the local place! We have spent our highest altitudes and lowest depths here if you just have some great food, good margaritas and some friendly faces it always needs a simple choice. Immerse yourself or guide - always consistently delicious. Reuben is phenomenal - even if we are not sitting in his section, he swings past to say hi, and he is so sweet for our son; he's just a top-notch Arta guy and El Salto wouldn't be what it is without him!

The staff was friendly and the service was quick. There were plenty of TVs for watching sports. However, the food was disappointing. It seemed to be precooked and flavorless, possibly made from frozen ingredients. The tortillas were overly crispy, likely due to being heated for too long. The grocery chips were not good quality, and the salsa was too sweet for our liking.

El Salto Merrillville, so good, your good come to the table pretty quick too! I got the Carnitas dinner, I didn't take a picture of the beans and rice, my favorite part of this restaurant is they have Horchata! So many Mexican restaurants don't, the food and the staff are great!
