Cafe Stelios Breakfast - Merrillville

I've been to this restaurant three times now. My first visit was disappointing because I waited a long time for my food, and the owner kindly reduced my bill. The second visit was much better, but my experience today wasn't great. The menu has changed, and I decided to try the Santa Fe Salad. I was surprised to find that it primarily featured iceberg lettuce, which I think could be improved. To top it all off, I was charged $0.50 for a container of water, bringing my total to $37. I don't think I'll be coming back again.

If you’re planning a visit, be sure to stop by! Everything here is fantastic, and the servers are incredibly friendly and attentive. This will definitely be our go-to spot every year when we come back. Don't miss the breakfast combo—it has a little bit of everything, and you won’t be disappointed!

Great diner! The interior is absolutely lovely and spotless. The staff is friendly, and the food is excellent. I tried the Mexicana Skillet, and it was just as fantastic as the ones in San Diego. I also ordered from the coffee bar and was not disappointed!

The best breakfast I've had for a long time. Food saw appetite. The chicken was juicy and not dried. My server Patty aka PattyCakes is the best server ever. Kenneth and George can definitely throw into the kitchen!!!

First time here at Stelios. The best breakfast meats ever!! Juicy sausage and crisp fresh bacon. The Belgian waffle was perfection and our server Katelyn was very attentive. We love coffee and our cups were never less than 1/2 full. The area was having internet issues so we had to pay with cash but I?m sure it will be working in the future. Great visit!!
