Great service ! Yummy smoothie options!Parking: Huge parking lot right to the right of the store. Or you can park on the street.

Waited 15 minutes with no line for someone to come over. When the lady working came over she told my 5 year old to move back as she was doing circles around me cause she was board. Out of everyone that works they’re only one guy that can make a smoothie consistently the same. Not worth the money

Ordered 1 smoothie on app for pick up. Took me 15 minutes to drive there. The smoothie was not ready when I arrived which is no big deal except for the fact that only 1 employee was making smoothies and working the cash register while 3 others stood around talking. There were approximately 7 customers on line waiting to order and another 3 customers in addition to me waiting for on line orders. After another 20 minutes, my order was placed on shelf. We all had to go to the shelf and read the label to see whose name was on the cup. Employee did not care to call out customer name. Smoothie was way too watery. The store was filthy. Floor was definitely not swept today and tables were not wiped down. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DRIVE TO LEVITTOWN LOCATION. Like day and night!! I will never go back to Merrick location ever again. Horrible atmosphere

Triston was an amazing person. Was so kind to me and my friends and made us laugh when he tagged in our conversation. The drinks we ordered were fantastic. The atmosphere was a vibe and the service was quick and easy. I will definitely be coming back
