Poketo - Merrick

So TLDR: it’s ok if that’s what you craving but don’t expect a lot of the good stuff… see below for details.Got a custom bowl. Issue one, there was a ton of ginger in there which I didn’t ask for and absolutely hate. Issue two, the good stuff, like the protein was a not a large quantity, which the cheap stuff like edamame and corn was way heavy handed. Issue three, not enough sauce despite asking twice for more sauce. Issue 4, barely any nori or crisps despite asking for more. Issue 5, menu says crabmeat not artificial crabmeat, which is what they gave. If I had known it’s fake crabmeat, I wouldn’t have ordered that.Overall, versus the price, it’s so-so. With the taste and specific quantities of ingredients, it’s a no for me.I’d rather go to other poke places and unlikely I will try again

I visited this restaurant about a year ago and found hair in my bowl. I decided to give it another try tonight, but unfortunately, I found hair again. The food is good, but there really needs to be better sanitation practices. I won’t be returning.
