Another 45 minutes passed before my delivery finally arrived—delivered by a driver I had seen leave the restaurant. Unfortunately, the food was ice cold, the wings were not hot, the pizza was incorrect, and the breadsticks were wrong as well. The only reason we chose to order from here was that Marco's had informed us of a two-hour wait. This restaurant really needs to address these issues, as this isn't the first time we've faced such problems, and it has cost them our business. Relying on a call center leaves customers feeling uninformed. If you’re overwhelmed, it would be better to stop accepting delivery orders and focus only on carryout. The customer interaction was very poor—there was no apology, no offer to check on the driver, and the pizza was still sitting in the store.
Do not order from here! Or any other Pizza Hut. An order of 2 medium pizzas, 2 orders of wings (1 traditional,1boneless) and a cookie, over $71!!!! 19.97 before tax for 12 traditional wings?!?!?! $1.66 a wing. Oh and everything was cold on arrival. Search other pizza places. DO NOT WASTE your hard earned money here.
The pizza and boneless wings perfect! The food was hot, the place was clean and I experienced cool laid back service.
This is the only pizza place that I have not had an issue with delivery.
Called to make an order they acted like they didn't want to take my order then had a full on conversation about if I could use an online couple or not since the online website was down. I ORDERED FROM MARCOS. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME.
