Bidrage med feedbackThe flavors overall were excellent. The orange chicken had a unique taste that surprised me, but I still really enjoyed it. The baos were mostly good, although the teriyaki chicken bao could use some enhancement in flavor. The food was served hot, which I appreciated. However, I did feel that the prices were a bit steep considering the portion sizes.
I also sampled the orange chicken bowl, which leaned a little too sweet for my taste; at first, I even wondered if it was coated in Captain Crunch instead of tempura. However, I really liked the pot stickers—they were quite tasty. I’d like to give this restaurant another try and enjoy the food fresh at the venue, but I probably won’t order the orange chicken again since I prefer spicier options.
This was my first time trying bao, and it was absolutely delicious. I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl along with two baos, and it was worth every cent.
Although I was disappointed with the pork and chicken dishes, I'm giving the restaurant four stars because the Mongolian beef buns are absolutely fantastic. Just steer clear of the pork and chicken buns, as they may leave you feeling let down!
I've had some wonderful meals at this restaurant before—the bao and potstickers are usually outstanding. However, on my most recent visit, I ordered the orange chicken and was served just a meager 2 ounces of it. The rice was also undercooked, resulting in a crunchy texture. I get that Friday nights can be busy, but this experience just didn't feel like a proper meal. I'm disappointed because I've relished the food on previous occasions, but now I'm thinking about trying other dining options.
