Urban Fox Coffee Boba - Meridian

To start, the person taking orders was quite rude and unwelcoming. I asked for some recommendations, but he wasn’t very helpful. I ordered a sparkling fruit tea, a taro milk tea, and a Thai tea, and I only enjoyed the sparkling tea. I requested lychee boba but ended up with regular boba instead. I didn’t want to be difficult and ask for it to be remade. Additionally, the drinks were very watered down, and I don’t think it’s worth coming back. I’ll be sticking to my favorite place at Whale Tea!

What a delightful little coffee and boba shop! I adore the food theme, though I might be a bit biased because I'm a big fan of foxes. The atmosphere is cozy, and it's always nice to see people having a good time. I've never had a drink here that I didn't enjoy. I give it a perfect rating!

I'm really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I left wishing I had tried my Thai tea and scone before I left because they were both terrible! I prefer not to leave negative reviews, but I can't be dishonest about my experience. I regret not reading other reviews before visiting. The Thai tea tasted overly watered down and barely resembled actual Thai tea—it was just unappetizing. As for the scone, it was rock hard; I could hardly manage to break it in half. It seemed like it had to be at least three weeks old. I'm surprised this place is so popular given my experience, especially since it was quite busy. I feel like I wasted too much time waiting for a treat and drink that I ended up throwing away. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Additionally, the customer service was quite rude.

My grandkids absolutely love these pricey Boba drinks, but I just don't get what all the hype is about.

I enjoyed a Boba milk tea and it was absolutely delicious. The pricing was quite reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend this place! However, be aware that it can take some time to receive your drink, so if you're in a hurry, you might want to consider an alternative.
