Taco John's - Meridian

The customer service is so amazing. He told me what he recommended and what was on special. He made sure to suggest the cheese sauce for the potatoes! Yummy thank you

Taco John's used to be all over the Treasure Valley, then all of a sudden they all closed up. This one and one in Nampa are 2 that hopefully signal a return. This was my favorite fast food taco place for a long time. Their super hot sauce is the best, and their tacos and burritos are too. Now visit once or twice a month (location is a long distance from my house). Still love this place.

Fresh ingredients and great service have made my visits always a pleasure. Their in house salsa goes wonderfully with the chicken quesadilla which is more than just chicken and cheese. With bell peppers and onions as well it’s just down right delicious.

While much of my love for this place comes from personal nostalgia, the prices are great and the super potato olé brings out the inner fat kid in me (and if I lived closer to a taco John's it probably would take me over as well). I'm sure many other things are great on the menu but I've never needed to stray past the regular soft tacos with some sour cream.
