Taco John's - Meridian

Food tasted fresh. Street taco had 3 pieces of meat on them. Taco sauce taste like tomato sauce out of a can. The green sauce was good but had sat so long in container it was frozen. Bad tomatoes, Limes were rotten had stomach problems for 24 hrs. after eating. First time trying is our last!

The customer service here is outstanding! The staff member made great recommendations and highlighted the specials. He suggested trying the cheese sauce with the potatoes, which was a fantastic idea. Thank you!

Taco John used to be in Treasure Valley but suddenly closed down. Now, with this location and another one in Nampa, I hope it signals a comeback. It was my favorite fast food taco spot for a long time. Their super hot sauce is amazing, and their tacos and burritos are just as good. Although the restaurant is quite far from my house, I try to visit once or twice a month. I still love this place!

I have always enjoyed my visits here thanks to the fresh ingredients and excellent service. The house salsa pairs perfectly with the chicken quesadilla, which is much more than just chicken and cheese. It includes peppers and onions, and it is simply delicious!

While many of my love comes to this place of personal nostalgia, the prices are great and the super potatoes olé brings the inner fat child in me (and if I lived closer to a Taco John's, it would probably take me too). I'm sure many other things are great on the menu, but I never needed to coat the regular soft tacos with some acid cream.
