Heritage Hop Haus - Meridian

If you've never been to the Sushi Shack at the Heritage Hop House in Meridian, Idaho then you have to get down there right away. Amazing sushi and the bartender is on the spot! Great place with fantastic, knowledgeable staff and many gluten-free options.

Jake, Brian, Alex, and Allison provided exceptional service! The beer selection is fantastic, showing that whoever picks the beers has excellent taste. The servers are knowledgeable about the beers and their flavors.

Yummy, friendly service, recommended. Katelyn was the most amazing server. Delicious food and drinks. A must when visiting.

DJ provided excellent service to us. We did not feel rushed and he made some wonderful suggestions that ended up being our favorite items on the menu. Thank you, we will definitely be returning!

My wife and I really liked this place. We have been several times and always a good experience. We enjoy the beer selection and the large Bavarian pretzel. Cheese dip could be a little thicker so would stick to the pretzel better
