Cupbop Korean Bbq - Meridian

I was thrilled to try this place. I ordered the beef and the crispy chicken and really enjoyed it. I usually like spicy food and I ordered my half and honest to you it was quite spicy. I mean, it wasn't overlaid, but I can't imagine how sharp the number is 10. The lady who worked there was very nice and welcoming. She advised me to try the seven and a half. Next time, I just order a little less spiciness to get the perfect amount. The interior is very nice and they have some tables available for outdoor seats. Make sure you shake your bowl to mix it properly before you eat it. I recommend this place to try.

I went to this place with not too much expectations. I really liked it. I had the Rock Bob, the Korean fried chicken and the Cupbob special heat level. It was very good if you shake your food in the bowl to mix it. My wife had the hot bob that is the BBQ pig on the sweet level. I did. It was really good. I had a tough time to know what I liked better. It was a great change of other Asian foods because all flavors were mixed together. Customer service was good. They were very nice and explained how the spices worked and how to make the best experience for your food. I'm glad to try something new next time.

Tried Cupbop for the first time today. I grabbed the combo bop (you get to pick 2 items) with tofu and veggies. They prepared fresh fried tofu for my bowl. It was so good! The noodles in my cup were really yummy and had great flavor. I did get level 2 sauce for my bowl. I didn't expect it to be as spicy a it was. After having covid my pallet can't handle heat very well so if you have a sensitive pallet, I would stick with level 1 sauce. The staff was super friendly. I will definitely be back.

I love this place! This menu is fun and delicious as is the atmosphere when you enter. I went with a friend and we ordered the Ugly Pop Bop and Doochi Bop, so goooodd!! Also, The staff is always so nice and friendly and it’s relatively fast!! My one recommendation: make the punchcard into an app. I never remember to bring the card with me.

We went for the special day but won't ever do that again! The food waste alone that was created in the 40 minutes we were trapped just breaks me! Was an easy fix if they had a better system.. They also could have had people in out at double speed! You ordered with one person who passed to another.. That person then was trying to remember the 4 orders she just said plus the 6 he was already doing and she just went back to standing on the line.. If one person took the order and followed it all the way through or wrote it on the bowl and they actually talked to the customer multiple orders would not have been remade.. Best wishes but that was a headache!
