Calle 75 Street Tacos - Meridian

Tacos were full of flavor and delicious especially with the red sauce. side of rice and beans were cold and completely bland flavorless .. like, not even a pinch of salt. threw them away. canned beans and packaged rice has more flavor. they were out of churros so I never got to try them. nowhere to sit or stand to wait for your order on a busy night so you just awkwardly stand between tables of customers eating. all in all a so so experience. probably wont go back. ill just hit up a taco truck.

Repeatedly disappointed! (2 stars. Any business can have an off day, but? 3 of 4 times over several months were quite disappointing: Very slow to take orders, one time I waited four minutes before walking away. Very slow to make the orders, thirty minutes for three entrees. Surprising and disappointing. (2 stars. UPDATE: There have been HUGE improvements since my original post! (5 stars! Consistently, the staff are highly motivated, quickly seeing to customers, working efficiently within their team, providing a great service withe DELICIOUS food in ROBUST portions. WELL DONE! ?

Went there around 12:30 Saturday sept 17. The guy taking orders was super friendly. The girl cooking was not only super grouchy in her demeanor but was also a mess. Her clothes and shoes looked so yucky. Not appealing when she?s making your food. The real problem was when she kept the same pair of gloves on the entire time we were waiting for our food while she prepared multiple other orders. She handled and cracked raw eggs and then used the same gloves to prepare the food the customers were eating. Gloves are pointless if you don?t change them. She also needs to wear clean clothes and a smile on her face. We ultimately decided to get a refund for our food so we didn?t end up sick. Once again, the guy at the register was so kind and agreed the cross contamination was bad. We didn?t get our tip refunded which was a bit odd since we didn?t eat there.

The food really just wasn?t very good . I ordered the Baja burrito with surf n turf and the carne asada just tasted like peppery sausage meat which kind or ruined the burrito. The rice was chewy and I ordered guacamole in my burrito and am not sure if I even got any.. if so not enough since it?s an up charge .. :

Amazing atmosphere of the village and great outdoor seating. Super quick and friendly service. The bean and cheese burritos are HUGE and delicious. Tacos are flavorful and the Tuesday deal is killer. Definitely going back for more!
