When you order a steak you don't give plastic fork and knife to cut it. The steak was over cooked and dried out. You don't bring the check out right after you serve the food, at least give the people time to eat some of the food. Most places bring the salad out prior to the main meal.

Best butter sauce I have ever tasted. I wish I had the recipe so I didn't have to go so far to eat. It is definitely worth it.
