Bidrage med feedbackMy party of 7 others and I showed up an hour before close. Front of house staff was reluctant to seat us until talking to the manager. Manager welcomed us in with a smile. We were seated at a very spacious table which doesn't happen at other restaurants. Our waiter (Kyle) was the best we have encountered in a long time. He was very friendly, he checked on us often and never seemed annoyed with all our requests. Food was amazing, delicious and served quickly. Manager was extremely pleasant even though we finished up afterhours. So glad we decided to give this place another chance after our bad experience 2 years ago. Best dish by far was the Deep Dish Ravioli Lasagna.
We arrived about an hour before closing with a party of six and 2 small children. The Hostess was some what rude stating you know we close in an hour right?The Hostess spoke to the manager who told her to seat us.The waiter was awesome answer all our questions and was knowledgeable about the menu. Took our order and returned right away with our drinks. We never had to ask for refills or anything else. He very friendly and on top of everything.The restaurant was fairly busy when we were thereManager was friendly and checked with us a couple of times to make sure everything was good.I was apprehensive about coming to this restaurant due to a prior experience about two years ago. Food was lackluster and service sucked.But after tonight will definitely be coming back again.
Great business lunch, great staff. Very attentive. Everyone said that the food was great. A win all the way around. Looking forward to the next visit.
The waitress warned us she was the only one covering the bar area tables, however, it was getting late and we didn't think we could continue to wait just to have our order taken. We paid for drinks and left.I did use their restroom. That I can say was gross.They seriously need to do whatever they need to do to hire more staff or ultimately they won't need staff at all.
It was my first visit at a UNO pizzeria. I checked to see if they were open as it is a Friday and the parking lot is empty. (I should know better! The server was pleasant, not well trained as a server. Order taker yes.I understand why. The manager finally came out of the back had a conversation with the host and then went back to the kitchen not once asking me how my meal was or talking to any other customers (I was the only customer! That is the culture that he is built and why the restaurant is empty.My wood table was sticky. I had to keep asking for refills. I ordered raviolis and pizza. The raviolis were obviously frozen. No flavor. They were hot. The pizza was doughy in the middle (not baked . Most of sausage was near crust. The pizza was centered loaded with veggies. It was poorly crafted.For the value and cost, a chain delivery service would have been a better value AND quality.I’ll not return. Too many better places than this. I wish you luck.
