The customer service that I experienced today was exceptional!! I ordered in the Potbelly app for delivery and the DoorDash driver stole my order. Obviously, that sucks and extra sucks when you’re busy at work. I called the Potbelly and not only did they remake my order but, they went out of their way to hand deliver it to me. I’m in awe. It’s rare anymore to be shown that type of service. Made my day and restored some faith in humanity. As always, the food was great too!
