Pizza Hut - Meridian Station

Canceled order for no reason multiples times. Horrible location

Ordered delivery. Only got half of the order. They said they didn't have the bread sticks, but nobody could call to ask if we wanted anything in place?? Nope! They tell me as they deliver the other item and say I have a refund. Well, there's still no refund!

Once upon a time they were one of the best. As time went on they fell behind as one of the worst pizza places. So sad.

The customer service reps over the phone are completely and unapologetically rude. They are defensive and confrontational for no absolute reason before I even had a chance to state my issue. I was hung up on twice, insulted, and all for what?! It’s ridiculous!! The only reason I’m leaving a review is because there is no manager available speak with ever. Apparently everyone who answers the phone has that title. They should really consider treating their customers with respect especially, ESPECIALLY when the serve mediocre pizza and there are 3 other pizza restaurants nearby.

The incompetence at this location is beyond belief. They screw up and have the nerve to have an attitude with their customers. Do not go here!
