Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

I always have a good meal here, And my favorite cashier is HaleyShe’s always smiling and got a great attitude and likes her job because she gets it done everyday, I will be back for more

Went inside to order lunch for the office. It was also take your kid to work day. Stood in line for 10min to order. They forgot a fry and ice cream I ordered. So I had to get back in line and wait another 10 min. While they are calling my number for the first order. Clearly getting more agitated that my first order wasn’t picked up yet. They just kept getting louder and louder calling the number. I had to ask for a bigger bag rather than the small 5 ones they put the order in. All while trying to remember the extra food I ordered. My kid was complaining the whole time how cold it was inside. Needless to say I have never been more stressed getting the office lunch. I walked out without the extra ice cream and food because I was so flustered. I would not recommend coming here to get a large order.

Disappointing location. Went here ordered a Classic Double no pickels and a few sauces on the side. Received an over salted burger with pickels and no sauces. Also asked for a concrete and was told the could only make sundaes.

One of the best burger spots around. The service at this one was absolutely terrible. Normally they are uniformly the same and good. The people here acted as if I was bothering them and 5x slower to get me cold food. This one the exception

Went through drive thru and they forgot our custard. Had to drive around again. Chili on the chili dog was not very good. Tasted like what you can get at 7-11. Everything else was do to fine.
