Mcdonald's - Meriden

I had high hopes for this restaurant since it had recently opened. The interior is new and attractive, but the service and staff were incredibly slow. It seems like they were constantly running out of items, but instead of informing customers, they simply omitted them from orders. My order was forgotten when I went to dine in, and when I mentioned the missing items in my meal that I had already paid for, the manager displayed a rude and unwelcoming attitude.

The customer service at this restaurant was subpar. I waited for about 10 minutes at the register before the manager finally took my order, and he was very rude. Additionally, the cheese on my meal was not even melted, and it seemed like everything was just thrown together carelessly. If you need assistance, don't expect much help from the staff.

They do not fill up when they ask for fresh pommes, they only cook them the old and give them to them. they will argue with you about sose that they say they are stuck in the pocket if they are not.

They did not recognize my daughter waiting from the register in the inner. we came back to the car and ordered us through the trip immediately.

No one came to the counter to assist me or the woman or ahead of me from the inside. All the attention was on the drive thru only. Bad customer service.
