Dunkin' - Meriden

This is one of my favorite, 24hrs Dunkin Donuts around, this facility is always clean, all the times I’ve been there their customer service is outstanding, up to now, coffee has been fresh. No burnt taste, do recommend this one.

I thought it would be a smooth experience, but I was mistaken. I ordered coffee and a dozen assorted donuts for a work meeting, but they only had half a dozen ready. The other six were carelessly thrown into a bag, making a complete mess. The woman at the counter seemed annoyed with me, as if it was my fault. It was quite rude!

The entire staff here is fantastic. I placed a large order yesterday for a work event, and when I arrived at the park, everything was perfectly prepared. The staff welcomed me warmly as soon as I walked in. I’ve never been disappointed with this place.

DUNKIN' East. Main Meriden. They manage their Staff They do expect alot from their employees and their more than willing to give it.I I really wish as a franchise they woukd allow their customers the right to tip Your cook, Server, Barista . Customer Service People are in the Hospitality Industry and its very Nirmal and expected to tip.It a great morale booster and it makes Connecticut more affordable.Please Owners, Folks, Reconsider. The worst Dunkin’ place ever to come for a drink. The lady server was so rude and didn’t even came to the register to take our order. She even called the person who was trying to come to us from driveway lane and take our order. They shouldn’t keep the door open if they cannot server the Customers in store. Never have I ever has this experience in any dunking. I would give negative star if I could. Never coming back to this place. BTW I am posting it from the store after patiently waiting 15 minutes to come and take our order.
