Benny&co. - Mercier

The food is usually good when they get it right, but the service is horrible. They often get orders entirely wrong.

My first time to Benny Co. I LOVED IT!!! Good service and better tasting food than similar restaurant concepts.

Completely messed up my order. Both people at the counter did not know how to use a beer bottle opener. They asked me to to use the bottle opener instead. At 10$ for a Corona you'd think that at least someone should know how to use a bottle cap opener. Plus they are asking for a tip without any service at the tables. I do not recommend this restaurant.

The food is just as expected. However, the service is often disappointing, the ketchup dispenser is empty, or there are no little cups for it when I go. Also, the restaurant isn't kept clean most of the time.

Meat dry. Small leg. ATM machine requests amount of tip when no sevice.
