Subway - Mercer Island

New Owner, New Vibe, Hot Subs (final) After I was closed for a month, I drove with lunch and saw that the neon sign was on. I walked in and didn't recognize anyone working there. I could see a guy was clearly responsible and everything inventoryed as if he had a lot of work before him. He's the new owner, Andy. He owns several other subways throughout the Seattle area and decided to buy the MI subway from previous owner Mike. He knew he had cut off his work for him and hand-picked his elite team members from each of his locations. They are all kind, fast and for the first time in my life the sub was still hot when I got it home. This is not the Mercer Island Subway you remember. So much better!

The first time to mercerize the island and visit the subway today. I order my favorite meal cold cut combo. I was greeted by sandwich manufacturer Alex, who gave me excellent customer service and one of the best tasting sandwich with fresh ingredients. Next time I go back to the Mercer Island to this place and recommend it to family and friends.
