Mcdonald's - Mercer Island

Nice that they have Coffee/Mocha Frappes! Years ago, you could only get them at locations in the Northeast U.S.

I ordered two Big Macs plus a bunch of other stuff. The Big Macs where ordered as One plain and one regular. When I got my food I checked it before I pulled off. Both had onion only. I told them about it so they took both and scraped onions off. My kid is allergic to onion. When I checked them again there was still onion on it. I told them at this point just refund me the money because I can't trust you to not just scrape more onions off instead of getting a fresh burger w no onion. She took the bag back and put the sandwich on the shelf like she was going to serve it up someone else. I told her that's not cool because I touched both burgers when I was checking if they were correct. She ignored me so I brought it up to the guy that was refunding me the money. He ignored me and left the burger up there. I ended up telling another girl that came to get a soda from machine next to window. She went and got burgers and threw them away. That was nasty and I'm very upset that they were really going to serve them to someone else. And also upset they just thought it's ok to scrape the onions off and let me serve it to my child who is allergic. If someone says no onion that means no onion smh. Rude. Dirty. Nasty and lazy. Never going there again. And watch out what you eat because they have no sense of sanitation or cleanliness.

This is a decent McDonalds, McDonalds level food, nice workers, etc...my only complaint is that the womens bathroom smells like theres a rotting carcass in there. I dont know where the smell is coming from, but its so awful...ive wasted a whole bottle of perfume just to be in there....

I don't want to say anything.And I said thank you to the service staff twice, but she didn't give me any response.
