The order was completed before my estimated time, which was awesome. However, my specific requests (no ice and only 1 pump of syrup) were not followed.Service: 5/5

Had mobile order for ground coffee. The person at the drive thru didn't know what was going on. When the ground coffee was finally received, there were coffee grounds ALL OVER THE BAGUUUUGGGGHHHHService: 3/5

I've been to 100 Starbucks . This one offered a great atmosphere and service. The employees were fantastic..Food: 4/5

Got a cappuccino and a tea they didn’t fill up the cappuccino all the way I asked for them to fill it up and they took it and act like they did but they didn’t and gave it back so I just took it and when I drank it, taste horrible just like pure black coffee and the tea was bad too. Went in at 10 am. Whoever was working did not know how to make the drinks because usually they are right.
