Frutas Express - Merced

Super overpriced and the worst customer service I 've had in the mall. I used to go every week to get a cup of fruit. But I went one time and they have their menu on tv screens, so it said that for a fruit cup it was $4.99 or $5. And the girl charged me $6 and I told her that 's not what the sign said and she said that it was always $6. She said that the guy in the morning must 've messed up and I told her that it didn 't matter who messed up because it said $5. She then went onto an iPad or phone and took the section that said fruit cups completely off the menu and came back and said $6 . I was seriously shocked. Their customer service sucks. I work in retail and if the sign is wrong, we need to honor it. She was rude and ever since then I have never gone back. I could 've just given her the dollar but that wasn 't the point. The point was that they wouldn 't honor the sign when they were the ones that messed up. They lost my business and I 've been telling family and friends and they 've stopped going there as well. I tell everyone to go to Nikkos place now. Bigger portions, you get what you pay for, and they 're super nice. So if you 're looking for good fruit or a variety of Mexican snacks and food, go to Nikkos place. They moved next to the mall and they 're amazing unlike this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I work here at the mall and sort of know these people personally. They are very friendly and have good customer service, i havent have once seen them give attitude. Ive also heard people talking about how their fruit isnt fresh i i see them cut fresh fruit almost everyday.

Second time in one week I went there and they had no fruit one of the times they told me to come back in 3 hours their name is fruits express right? Well waiting 3 hours for fruit is not what the name should reflect

Horrible service went in and asked for no onions and the manager herself put onion asked for my money back and said just take it off and throwing an attitude. None of our food didn't even have flavor and wasted so much money. Definitely will not return!!! Horrible service. Tips in advance Save your money and go somewhere else.

Watermelon drink or cup of fruit both are good refreshers.
