Fina Estampa - Merced

Its not Fina Estampa, no more. Its way better the Family that owned Los Pochos sold Los Pochos and started a new restaurant called Lupitas Sea Food Mexican it is 150% better than any mexican restaurant here in Merced. The food is great, service is fast and reliable the prices are great too, the owner waitress make you feel at home. If you miss that Los Poncho taste go to Lupins on the coner of 16th O street. You wont be sorry.

Very good! Hubbie ordered the chili verde and the owner came out and asked about the heat level as the current batch's chilies had mor heat than usual. Now that's authentic and quite good. I went for the buffet lunch and got to sample a dozen different things, including steamed veggies. Really? Vegetables in a Mexican Restaurant? What's this world coming to? Everything was delish, including the veggies, with the only exception being the guacamole. It was green but pretty far from mashed avocados. I'm glad to have found this place.

Loved it!!! Food was delicious, enjoyed my drink...and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. Pricess are fair...

This place is OK if you want to be left alone and don't want to hear a single sound. It's dead onces lunch time and buffet is over. There prices are decent.
