Panera Bread - Mentor

It is hit or miss with the customer service either they are very friendly and super nice or they are simply crispy and forget them. I have never ordered the quick pick up and get the food/ drink from the close of the door. Instead, I always have to ask and wait. even if I ordered 30 minutes in advance. I'm going back because I like the food and the summer sips especially, but the customer service doesn't want me.

The tall ,brown haired younger girl with glass at the cash register needs a lesson in manners. She was rude to a customer in front of me because this location is of bread and took it out on a old lady. Then she was rude to me because she could not hear me with her irritated voice.I may have to go to social media with this one as it tops the rudness ever.

Food was fresh and fast. The guy who took our order was very friendly and made sure to ask how we wanted everything. The only negative is that when you order out a salad, even though the container is large enough, they don't give you the same amount of salad as eating there and then it's no longer a decent value.

Yeah, like I can afford to eat here.The customer service is nice.I just deliver for them.For those of you who can afford to eat here: I'm up for adoption.I'm well behaved, sometimes, and I do yard work.

I love Panera. I just moved to Ohio and was excited to go to my local Panera. From walking in no one greeted me...although there was employees behind the counter. Majority of the tables were dirty and stayed that way during my time there. I decided to try the new The Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich and asked if I could add avocado which they said yes to. I was not given a pager while I waited even though they had them there...my name was never called on. So when I picked up my food it was cold. Microwave was dirty. I was missing the avocado which I came back for and the gentleman apologized that he couldn 't add it but I could have it on the side. Which was fine but don 't forget to give the guest what they ordered for. There is too much staff to not have this place clean and running like a real Panera
