Absolutely terrible! The staff were ok but the room and basement breakfast was absolutely terrible The water in the room was not usable. It was foggy and greasy. They say dog friendly but it’s $30 per pet per night! They have an old yellow sign on the front desk that says new lower pet rate. The grounds were unusable as they had fertilizer spread everywhere. If you get a view, it’ll be a view of the office building next-door. I tried to understand why this was a plus. I have no idea. The restaurant attached gave me food poisoning. NEVER AGAIN! Lastly the key cards are deactivated by cell phones. My spouse went to the front desk to get a new key card. They didn’t check his room or check his ID or anything they just print out new door keys like water foggy water ha ha. Not safe. Also, the “free” Internet is not safe, my credit card was compromised during my stay

We love leolo. It has really helped us plan for healthy and local meals while running a business with a family of five. It’s great to know that we can get nutritious chef made food and the whole family loves it!

This hotel does a great job of making you feel at home and is a great model of Best Western Plus hotels. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The breakfast is great with a varied selection each day. My family has stayed here before and were eager to return.

Traveling from Chicago, heading East, this is the perfect spot to stop for our first night’s stay. It’s just the right distance from from Chicago and gets you through the Cleveland traffic. We planned on seeing James Garfield’s home first thing the next morning, so this was the added benefit of staying here. The breakfast is wonderful and it was a special treat to eat off of real plates and silverware. I highly recommend staying here and will plan on coming back.

Nice hotel that allows pets for $30 charge. Sometimes pet friendly also means shabby Not in this case. Comfortable beds, quiet location. Pet area small. Great breakfast. This is a smaller hotel off the highway a bit. A hotel clerk from another hotel that didn't take pets recommended.
