Jalapeno Loco - Mentor

Went for an early dinner yesterday and the place was empty because of covid 19, but the tables were clearly spaced apart so we sat down to eat. Our server was excellent!! She was super sweet and patient with my family of 4 as we picked apart the menu (it was our first visit). Food came out and it was soooooo good!! Everyone was happy with their meal. The portion sizes were great, we had leftovers for lunch today. We were in the area furniture shopping but will definitely make the trip back out to Jalapeno Loco for a great meal in the near future!

Long wait time to pick up a mobile order, only 1 kid working in there, when asked how much longer after waiting 10 minutes to pick up order, he got an attitude. Thumbs down ????!

Service was terrible. Everything tasted old. Server was not attentive at all. Will not return!!

I've been going here even before it moved to this location and it's always been amazing authentic Mexican cuisine?? I'd have to say that their Mexican rice is my favorite! The servers are always kind and helpful!
